Who you’re dealing with

GadgetXStore, an online gadget and accessories store based in Pakistan. “We” and “us” below mean us; “you” means whoever is placing the order.

Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale happens when we accept it and dispatch the parcel. We can decline an order because something is out of stock, because we cannot deliver to the address, or because it looks fraudulent.

Your order number and a record of every status change are on your order page and on the tracking page.

Prices and stock

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include any applicable tax unless the checkout says otherwise. Delivery is added at checkout before you confirm.

Every price and total is calculated on our servers at the moment you order. A stale page, cached view or edited browser total is not binding; the checkout total is the one that applies.

Stock counts are live but not instantaneous. If something sells out between your order and packing, we will contact you and either refund that item, suggest a replacement, or hold the order for restock.

Product information

We try to keep names, images, specifications, compatibility, warranty notes and included accessories accurate. Small packaging changes can happen between batches, but the product function and value should match the page you ordered from.

For chargers, cables, adapters, cases, audio devices and computer accessories, compatibility is your responsibility to check before ordering. Contact us before checkout if you are unsure about a device model, connector, wattage, size or operating system.

Discount codes

Codes can have expiry dates, minimum spends, usage limits or product restrictions. Checkout tells you which rule a rejected code failed. One code can be used per order unless we state otherwise.

Payment

Cash on delivery means you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Refusing a cash on delivery parcel without telling us first may cause us to decline future cash on delivery orders from the same address.

Bank transfer orders are held until the transfer clears. Unpaid transfer orders are cancelled after seven days and the stock is released.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates. We control when a parcel leaves us; we do not control the courier, weather, strikes or local delays. If a delivery is late, tell us and we will chase it.

Returns

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within seven days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Accessories, manuals, labels and packaging must be included. Damaged, incorrect or faulty items are handled separately and can be replaced or refunded after review.

Nothing here removes any right you have under Pakistani consumer law. Where these terms and that law disagree, the law wins.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

We can suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of staff, or repeated refusal of cash on delivery parcels. You can still ask for your data under our privacy policy.

Reviews and anything else you post

Reviews are moderated before they appear. We publish honest negative reviews when they are about the product. We remove abuse, private information and content that is obviously unrelated.

By posting a review you give us permission to display it on the site and quote it in our own marketing under the display name you chose.

Our content

The photography, product copy, specifications and design of this site are ours unless stated otherwise. Do not copy them wholesale into another shop.

What we’re liable for

If we sell you something faulty, we fix it with a replacement or refund, including delivery where the fault was ours.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed work, lost sales, device misuse, unsupported compatibility or third-party service issues.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top tells you when this version took effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
