Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout works as a guest. You only need a name, a phone number and a delivery address. An account is useful if you want order history, saved addresses and a wishlist in one place, and you need one to leave a review.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery is available where our courier ships. You can also choose bank transfer if you want to pay before dispatch. Bank details appear at checkout when that option is selected.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Contact us with your order number and we can update the address, swap a variant, or cancel the order. Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot redirect it.

My discount code was rejected. Why?

The checkout shows which rule failed: expired, already redeemed, below the minimum spend, or not applicable to the products in your cart. Send us the code if the message looks wrong.

How long does delivery take?

Two to four working days to most cities, and up to six working days for remote areas. Orders placed after 4pm are usually picked up the next working day.

The courier normally attempts delivery twice and calls the number on the parcel first. If both attempts fail, the parcel comes back to us and we contact you to arrange the next step.

Can I return a product I do not need?

Unused products in original packaging can come back within seven days of delivery. The item must include its accessories, manuals, labels and packaging. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the issue was our mistake.

What if the product arrives damaged?

Photograph the parcel and the product before using it, then send the pictures to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it after checking the claim.
