Delivery rates

The rate is set by the province in the delivery address. Whatever you see here is what checkout charges because both read the same settings.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000. The threshold is checked after any discount code.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are usually picked up the same day. After that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, they go the next working day. The estimates above start from pickup.

You will get a tracking number by email and SMS as soon as the parcel leaves us. You can check it on the tracking page with your order number and the phone number used at checkout.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship. Pay the courier when the parcel arrives.

Returns

Unused products in original packaging can come back within seven days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Accessories, manuals, labels and packaging must be included.

Used, damaged-by-customer or incomplete products cannot be returned as normal change-of-mind returns. Compatibility issues are handled case by case, so contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your device model, connector, charger wattage or size.

When something is wrong

Damaged on arrival: photograph the parcel and the product before using it and send the pictures within 48 hours. We replace or refund after checking the claim.

Wrong item: we send the right one and collect the wrong one at our cost. That is our mistake, not a normal return.

Never arrived: if tracking has not moved for five working days, tell us and we will chase the courier. If the parcel is genuinely lost, we replace it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within three working days of us receiving a return or accepting a damage claim. For a cash on delivery order we transfer to the account details you provide.
